Sports Physical<\/h1><\/div>[vc_empty_space alter_height=”medium” hide_on_mobile=””][vc_column_text]If your child needs a sports physical to for participation in the CYS services, the form \u201cChild and Youth Services Health Assessment\/Sports Physical\u201d has to be filled out. We will do so after taking history and a physical exam, which usually includes blood pressure measurement and a test of the vision. Please bring your child`s vaccination record with you, because it has to be checked if the immunizations are up to date.<\/p>\n

For certain sports and in certain German clubs, you must submit a sports certificate so that your child can participate in training and competitions.<\/p>\n

Exercise and sport are important for health promotion and prevention. Previous illnesses and the associated risks must be discovered or excluded during the sports examination.<\/p>\n

The sports examination includes a medical history and physical examination, as well as an ECG.
